Files may be submitted securely using the form below. This form is the most secure method of submitting documents to the Office of Student Financial Assistance. Please allow 2-3 business days for your To-Do List in KSIS to be updated.

Preparing your document:

• Write the student's first and last name on the document.
• Write the student's Wildcat ID, or WID (what is my WID?), on the document.
• Some forms do not allow a digital signature and must be signed by hand. Please review the signature requirements on each form.
