Automatic Payment (Direct Payment)
The most convenient and efficient way to pay and ensure you don’t fall behind.
- Select the day and the deposit account from which we will debit your payment
- Debits will be made automatically on your chosen date
- To sign up, just download the authorization, fill it out, sign and send it to: Mortgage.ResolutionClaims@popular.com

Other payment channels available
- Online Banking (Mi Banco Online)
- Enter Mi Banco Online and select “Make Payments”
- Fill the information by entering your mortgage number
- Chose the bank account from which you want to pay and the correct payment amount to complete the transaction
- If you do not have an account with Popular, you must first register the other banking institution account you will use to make your payments
- You can also access the periodic statements through e-Statement

- Download the Mi Banco Mobile app
- Register your mortgage as a payee: select the option “Mortgage, loans and leasing”
- Fill the information by entering your mortgage number
- Chose the bank account from which you want to pay and the correct payment amount to complete the transaction
- If you do not have an account with Popular, you must first register the other banking institution account you will use at Mi Banco Online desktop version

- Service hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturdays and some holidays - 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

La documentación financiera dependerá de cuál sea tu fuente de ingresos, el tipo de préstamo y requisitos del inversionista y/o el garantizador del mismo. Durante la entrevista y en la carta, te notificaremos los documentos específicos aplicables a tu caso.
